Policies and regulations
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 12:00 p.m.
No Smoking - No Pets
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed.
Pool Hours and Noise
The pool is open from 07:00h. to 21:00h. Please avoid loud music and loud voices in the pool area between 19:00h. and 21:00h.
Additional People
No additional guests are allowed on the premises beyond those registered in the reservation. Failure to comply may result in extra charges.
Kitchen Use
We provide the kitchen for breakfast preparation only; please avoid preparing more complex meals like lunch and dinner. You may use the refrigerator. Remember to leave everything clean after use.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance(before arrival): 50% of the accommodation rate, will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
- Early departures (after check-in): No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
- Reservations with promotional rates or special discounts: These are non-refundable under any circumstances.
